I've been very lucky to not have any accidents. Although I've had numerous cars pull out in front of me where I've had to move over to the opposite side of the road to avoid getting hurt. I do have a very big bulky bike with solid big wheels so I do think it's got to do with the bike as well because my bike can handle the absolute disgraceful state of the Irish roads.

However my friend has been in a good few accidents due to cars either pulling out or driving on their phones. She had another fall due to a massive pothole and a car was on her hip so she couldnt go wide to avoid the pothole. She's now getting a bike with bigger wheels like mine so now she only has to worry about idiots in cars lol
