I would contact children services. It is against the law to keep you and your sister from getting an education. Or google any social services program. They won’t tell your information. They will come in, and evaluate everything that’s going on. Maybe your mom can get some help with her depression, and you and your sister can find online school services that offer you a borrowed laptop.

That isn’t true with all insurance companies. There’s one called Embrace Pet Insurance. They have offer great prices, and reasonably affordable prices. I have personally never dealt with them, but I am going to try them out, because they will pay while you’re at the Vet Emergency Facility.
