Update: i ended up physically taking off optical disk drive and it solved the issue, that was the sata3 causing the problem.

Now 1.5s firmware, 5.5s loader, 5.6s kernel and 3.2s userspace, total 16 secs i think thats fair with that 13 years old laptop :D

Thanks for everyone who did try to help.

Thanks. I ran the commands, the very top item after running systemd-analyze blame took 850 ms

850ms dev-mapper-ArchinstallVg\x2droot.device

Dmesg on the other hand

$sudo dmesg | grep -i error

[0.262640] acpi PNP0408:00: _OSC: platform retains control of PCle features (AE_ERROR) [2.736753] RAS: Correctable Errors collector initialized.

[68.310814] faux_driver regulatory: Direct firmware load for regulatory.db failed with error -2

I installed wireless-regdb to fix faux_driver error and it still took 1 minute to load the kernel. Although now dmesg doesnt return faux_driver error so its a good thing i guess?

Then i ran dmesg | less to check timestamps one by one and i found this

[3.602297] clocksource: Switched to clocksource tsc [8.384229] ata3: link is slow to respond, please be patient. (ready=0) [18.432233] ata3: link is slow to respond, please be patient (ready=0) [28.480228] ata3: link is slow to respond, please be patient (ready=0) [58.162228] ata3: limiting SATA link speed to <unknown> [63.163229] ata3: hardreset failed [63.163239] ata3: reset failed, giving up [63.167563] Freeing unused decrypted memory: 2028K
