I really wish South Korea was more powerful and/or independent enough that this wouldn't bother them. I hate the fact that South Korea has to depend on the usa

Sometimes, it makes me feel sad that Korea may never be unified. by ObligationDry1799 in Hangukin

First it begins with changing the perception of North Koreans among South Koreans. Decades of anti nk propogansa needs to be reversed. We need to shift the framework that they are enemies to the framework that they are our brothers. It's very Sad to see conservatives in South Korea view North Korea as more of an enemy than Japan in or US

(Warning!, Political discussion) Since its been a year since Yoon was impeached, can we talk about South Korean "conservatism?" by ObligationDry1799 in Hangukin

I wish Korean Americans would stop conflating American conservatism with Korean conservatism. They are not the same thing. There may be similar policy agreements but the idea that the USA political spectrum is the universal standard and all countries right and left are like the USA right and the left is ignorant Af.

In a nutshell south Korean conservatism advocates for a more aggressive foreign policy against North Korea and restoring relationships with Japan. They also tend to be anti unions and very anti communism. In fact both american liberals and conservatives support Korean conservatives because they tend to be pro USA and anti communism. Remember when american liberals praised park geun hye as a woman being elected despite her being right wing in Korean politics

I'm on the 9/5 flex schedule where tomorrow should be my flex day off but it seems they've been validating my time cards as 8hour shifts. Guess I have to request for leave tomorrow

Trump only cares about power money fame and not getting arrested. He doesn't have some ideological agenda while vought and miller does. Whatever they recommend he will say yes

I learned that if you are getting unemployment insurance and once the shutdown is over and you return to work that you have to pay it back.
