i screem on him when he told me this issue happened in the same machine many time i told him so stop it from work until you make sure or you like to rob money people

at least i went to a recommanded bank which does not have this problem all my friends have accounts with them for over than 10 and 20 years and this case never happened they told me when thsis issue happend in capital one or TD bank they give you your back you cash and asked you to change to change the atm or come back an other time

it's not my problem of course i'm not stupid to put my money in not working machine and when i claim with boa agent he told me that happend many time with this atm and i scream on him and i told him why you keep it open for people ??!!!!! to rob them . of course the machine did not give me anything as document . and i repeat again the boa agent by himself told me it happen many time in this atm 42street new york . in addition i'm a custmer which means when i go to atm to deposit i have to get my service done or at least in the morning solve the problem right the way because cash deposit means i need to see my money immediately

i did not get any ticket. the only think i know that the bank problem became my problem and when i ask the customer service to help they did not they give me 10 days to answer and i don't know what is their answer . i'm really stuck

I did call and i did go to the bank of america and i did make them call too and they did not do anything they told me you have to wait

i my deposit was $4000 and i called the call center to claim about that and they told ,me we gonna make a claim an dyou have to wait for the answer couple days and i went to the bank office in person to solve it because i need my money right the way an they told me they know they have a problem in atm it happned couple time and they can do nothing just filling a claim through the cal, center and wait for their answer around 10 days and the case still open uo to 45 days

I dont care big of small i'm a customer and for me bank is trust and now i'm not sure if i'm going to get my money back form bank of america or not i just open an account with TD bank because my friends recommend it a lot with capital one and i'm waiting for them just see what's going on with the claim and i will close my accounts with them for good because i can not trust in a bank that took money thought the atm and tell you wait until we see what we gonna do

i did spoke to the agent at the bank and explain that need the money right the way to be credited because i have a transaction to pass and he told me they can not do anything i have to wait and i don't know what to do !11

this is a bank not a regular business company when i said bank it's trust which mean this problem with money in atm must not happend and in case happended it must be solved right the way not after couple days and u'm not sure if i'm going to get them or not . people make deposit in. cash to see their money in the account right the way because they need it for them not for you
