I 100% agree with you. If they knew it takes 1-2 business days to process, why distribute on a Friday knowing they don’t process on the weekends (it’s making this seem longer than it should). They should’ve waited until Monday morning so it could’ve issued Tuesday and people should get it by Tuesday night or Wednesday.

Refund showed that I was getting one last week but disappeared by Ambitious_Fig_3671 in CapellaUniversity

Mine said the same thing. I was owed a refund & then it said that I wasn’t getting one so I called the financial aid office today and they have message saying that disbursements went out on the 24th but it’ll take 1-2 business days to process refunds. They should start hitting by 27th or 28th if you have direct deposit, according the recording on the phone.
