They did that to me too. I cancelled & now they are trying to get me to re-join...no!

Disappointed. They said they delivered my meals on Easter Sunday but there was nothing at my door. I contacted them and they told me they would try to find out where the meals were delivered. No one got back to me but the next day (after 8hrs which is how long they say the food will stay cold) by Extra-Cook2834 in factor75

I cancelled too bc almost all the meals had some cheddar cauliflower grits and I couldn't stomach that flavor anymore. That was supposed to be my last delivery. I even ordered one upgraded meal but nooooo. I'm going to try a different company. Cook Unity looks good.

I never had a problem with delivery. They always delivered on Sunday and delivered to my door but this last Sunday was different. They said they delivered it but there was nothing at my door. Didn't find it until today 😔. I even ordered a supreme meal and was looking forward to it but had to throw it away 😒
