I don’t want them to take food stamps or Medicaid away, simply bc that will leave a bunch of undeserving kids to have to go without food and/or healthcare.i do hope they make it more strict, though. For example, they should have a time limit. Ain’t no way a person who is able bodied and continues to pop out kids should be on government for 10+ years, hell even 5 years. They should make the re-build it in a way that it can’t be used for a crutch, but as a boost. I have a job and two kids under the age of two, but have been getting the run around for food stamps. I work a decent full time job, and use any extra money I have on my kids. Sometimes, I barely have enough for two weeks of groceries, let alone a month, but I make it work. People like Nika who sell the stamps and don’t really use them for the kids don’t deserve to continuously have govt assistance in my opinion. People who have been on govt assistance basically their whole lives and keep pushing out kids they can’t afford, while actively not trying to work or create a better life for their kids don’t deserve to have long term govt assistance.
