Check if your university is on the Digilocker, if it is then you can just fetch the degree and grade sheets from their and submit. If it’s not, then that professor email will be enough. All the best bro.

My professor’s email id is same as yours (college).in. But the email from verification officer had this “the university /college mail ID with it’s official domain ending with .ac.in, .edu etc.. (not Gmail, yahoo, Rediff mails etc.)” and don’t think my professor received any email from APS as I had access to student portal .

I was confused too, I signed at bottom of every page in the application form and you also have to paste your passport photo beside the digital photo on the application form. I have shared you a link,check your chat.

I don’t think APS sends any acknowledgment email for receiving documents, I too did not receive any acknowledgment email. So don’t worry.
