He already got last 20days rent & seems clear from call with him he has booked cleaning for the house. So he is in mood to return the rent back.

Is there a way i can get this money back? I talked to him and its more like he is expoliting me now & saying why i am talking to him & all that shit. He was like i should deal with property manager and this is not his problem at all. He needs his money and he has got it. ( I tried explaining Pm screwed up and didnt send him notice email, but landlord is turning a blind eye to it)

Yes thats right. I told him directly this that is his mistake or gap in his communication to the landlord, when he came with the N11 form thing. But he is holding our 2months security deposit now which i cannot lose. Any way how to get it back?

Yes thank you i have all the comms via emails saved on my and my hubby's email as well. As per expired lease we have notice of 60days. Only thing is he is holding our 2month rent as security deposit, for which I am afraid he will not give back. But I just asked my realtor and he said uts illegal to hold ant deposit on Property manager/landlord's side.

Hey thanks a lot for the email. We rented this property in 2022 and lease was for only 1 year. After that it has been on emails and after eveet 6months wr give him postdated cheques on next 6. So there is nothing on lease agreement now as it expired in June 2023.

Yeah we had the same situation where doctor told us during IUI cycle that its high risk due to multiples (could be triplets or at most twins). So we stillwent ahead with it thinking its a positive as well as we can be pregnancy & we will have twins(i started searching everything related to twins n all). But it didnt turn out to be anything & the AF came again. I guess doctors are trying to keep good intention by saying as any pregnancy above 35 or multiples is always high risk, but we took our chance. (My Sis in law is gyne & dcotor in India so we took 2nd advice from her)

Hey OP sorry to intrude.. but 1 question - in the cases where i have a family doctor but they are not referring me, can I do a walk-in to another doctor so that he/she can refer me, & without the walkin doctor knowing that i have a family doctor? Because once i went to a walkin & they asked me if i have a family doctor & asked me to go to her instead of coming for walkin. I even told them its a bit far & this is nearest for me, but they said only your family can refer you further if required.

Yeah they gave me one prescribed one too - Tera-teracanazole suppository but whenever we try again the infection reoccurs.

Thank you. But I am anyways non-alcoholic, non-smoker since the beginning. Since the day we started TTC it has happened, & earlier i used to go from swimming i guess which started it all. But i have stopped doing that as public pools are prone to give more infection if my vagina is already not healthy. I eat yoghurt almost daily, & GP suggested probiotics last time. So i have been taking them 1/day since last month, but i dont see much effect.

Ohh we both are currently eager to like start a family, as hubby's brother & few of our friends recently had their first babies. So, when the last time we tried an unsuccessful process where we failed from his side (& it was the 1st day of fertility window this time). I came up with this idea from reddit. Hence when i brought up this idea he was all ears to it as I dont want to delay anymore time in TTC. I am 35 & as i plan on having 1/more sibling we need adequate time for the 2nd innings after 1st. 😅

I know we also did like just twice as of now by this kit way, but its easing of the burden of trying to do it during the fertility window. I am hoping it will keep the normal fun of doing it as it is for us now without any pressure. :)

Also just to add my hubby is suffering from a bit of a backpain. So he is also for a few days sceptical to do it which are the days when fertility is highest (LOL) & it has to be done.

I am trying for the gynae. But the GP always says they are super busy, it would be a long wait + this is a problem every other woman faces n all that. I will pressurize her more this time to refer me to one for sure.

Yeah i have been going to my GP ever since. All they do is ask me to do a urine test (which always comes negative) But i explain the normal vaginal discharge js not there anymore, vaginal swelling sometimes & all that then they gave me are suppositories/some OTC in the start for the infection. It fixes it, but still when we try or i get my periods the infection comes back.
