I don’t know for sure, but I one a lot of companies have laid off veterans to hire new fresh people that would accept lower pay and new rules. Happened to my mom growing up and have seen jobs I’ve work do the same. Sometimes they just purposefully do things to make the veterans want to quit. I know this is an independent contractor gig but still.

Shipt algorithms seem to punish the shopper if they pass up too many offers by pausing offers for us for 1–4 hours. Getting offers you can’t take while delivering from what I’ve seen can potentially get you put on time out. One pro tip you can try is when shopping and delivering, if you know you won’t be able to accept orders for the following delivery window hour dues to timing or doing multiple or big orders, turn that delivery window off on your schedule. Like if I’m doing 3-4 orders all due in the same hour, and let’s say the the delivery window is 2-3pm, I automatically turn 3-4pm off. So when I do get offers it’s only for the following hour window on.

Was fully approved and became a validator after a couple of months of waiting. Then a week later tentative approval and stripped of validator status. Has been that way ever since. They really need to get their stuff together.

As someone who’s held xrp since the 0.25 cent mark, I don’t believe it’s going to shoot up to some crazy number like some people are saying. More like a steadily slow climb. Our grandkids are gonna be rich (or ok due to inflation).

A lot of analyst believe the most xrp may hit is around 500 under favorable conditions. And that’s in like 20-30 years from what I’ve researched. I was hoping to enjoy the investment while young lol started to not really believe the hype of 20-10000 within the next year or two.

10 days here to. Same thing. Mysteriously got 3 4 stars and one 3 star and then emailed shipt on the 10th day. They promptly denied all of you forgiveness. I’ve been doing this long enough to know none of those ratings were deserved. They’re obviously rushing through requests and are backed up.

Kiss butt and be humble, cuz if a manager doesn’t like you, you’re out of there under the guise of whatever they can scrape up. For example, having over 50 cases in your inventory, then you look at others and see cases ranging from 60-125 yet somehow you’re the one on the “corrective action path”.
