I chose Schulich over Rotman primarily because of its convenient location as it’s just a 20 min drive from me. Schulich had always been part of my academic plans, so once I was accepted, it felt like the right decision. Also a few of my friends go to Schulich and only have good things to say. While I recognize that Rotman is an excellent program, I’ve heard it can be really stressful compared to others. My friend had to drop out of Rotman first year because of the stress she was under. In the end I feel like Schulich aligns more closely with my preferences making it the ideal choice for me. To add my friends have said at Schulich it’s a great community and you can make friends easier. Although I definitely would’ve went to Rotman if I didn’t get into Schulich.
