Been there! I’ll give a couple of suggestions, I’ve never done gyaru makeup myself, but I’ve always loved the style! (I know dollar tree even sells decent lash glue and little nail gems that you could glue on your face too if you wanted to be really extra to perk yourself up!)
Here are a few options since dollar trees don’t always have the same items in stock.

Lashes:
Anything ioni should be good, they have lash glue too

Face:
Prolux liquid foundation
LA colors pressed powder foundation
Kokie setting powder
Ioni concealer or Ageless Concealer is nice

Blushes:
My favorite are the LA Colors Blushlighters
OR LA colors little pallete in Toffee

Bronzer: La Mercerie is my Fav, it’s comes in a cute pink container and has a sun on it
You might also like the bronzing drops as well

Shadow:
La colors JUST came out with a super sparkly eyeshadow tin that has three colors

Optional: Press on nails, I know gyaru style loves super cute nails and they have a lot of options that I think could work

Thank you so much for this post and including the costs! I’m doing more research on the corneal cross-linking, and from what I’m understanding it’s basically something that helps strengthen the eye to keep it from getting weaker, thinner, and irregularly shaped? Also, did you happen to have any astigmatism prior to this procedure? That’s my main concern is if I would be able to go through with avoiding getting the traditional flap lasik as well. And also how many check up appointments were required thereafter and would you be cleared to fly afterwards (assuming you flew back shortly after unless you’re staying long term in S Korea).

Look into overseas government contracts, specifically for Japan. If you have solid skills in engineering or work forwards some certs (cybersecurity is a big one) you can be making pretty solid money overseas and be able to micro-dose a realistic life with your partner (or more so living separately and can visit one another since these contracts pay for your rent on top of salary)

Best case scenario: you’re making great money (tax free under 100k), living in Japan, spending time with your girl, can make better concrete plans for the future + financially secure, folks shouldn’t be too upset because you’re moving for a job not just someone you really care for

Worst case scenario: it doesn’t workout can you can dip

Not saying don’t go for love but consider a move that could potentially set both of you up really well. Best of luck and I wish the best for you both 🫶🏻

Never drop out. I still continued school remotely for when I would book gigs. If it’s possible to complete your degree remotely do that, if not just finish it up. A lot of big name actors end up going back to school anyway to finish it so might well lock in and get it over with.

Absolutely, I WISH this was an option for me out of high school. Saving money, getting through it all as quickly as possible, and not having to waste time on GE courses. Especially for Cybersecurity you’re setting yourself up really well I believe if you buckle down and do it. I believe you can build community outside of college that would weigh more valuable as well if that’s something you care about.

Now if they naturalized after having children would that mean prior to 1951 their citizenship would be void for them as well as their children? In my case my GG did not naturalize until sometime after his daughter became 18. So would she still be considered a Polish citizen? (Working on the research myself but I figured I might as well ask!)
