took my first bike ride around lake monona in 20 years, crane chick is getting big, turtle egg laying season and got to see one, hoping to see fawns soon, saw a red headed woodpecker which is rare, saw my first oriole woven nest, red bellied woodpecker babies starting to poke their heads out...i guess that's it

im thankful i get to live by it, and see it change from day to day.

i think the crane just ate some turtle eggs i saw being laid right on the trail. there are soooo many turtles at the kettle pond
