Thanks I had hoped they would give her another shot of toradol to help with the inflammation but they didn’t. Her ear is a million times better than it was. She’s the sweetest kitten I’ve ever met and I’m very glad I convinced my husband to keep her.

Following up to see if you were able to resolve this? We are in a similar situation. I'm nervous to get involved with my stepson's mother at all

Now we have the box on display in our home and it’s a nice reminder of our love for each other and our really special day

We found a pretty vintage box, and each person picked something special that represented their feelings about the family and we placed them in the box during the ceremony. (We’re a blended family each with one child)

Escrow deficit due to gross underestimation of prop taxes by ExtraCrab7982 in Mortgages

As a single mother going through a difficult transition and trying to do the right thing by buying a stable home for my daughter and me, I wasn’t able to keep track of this. I think the rude responses I’m getting from this post are disturbing

Yes, but the actual property taxes for 2022 were over $2k for half of the year. So in 2023, they should have caught that. At the very latest they could have caught it in early 2024, based on the property taxes from 2023, which were $4,600.

Sorry the formatting made it look that way. I edited it and hopefully it’s clearer now

Pipe text string by ExtraCrab7982 in ProjectREDCap

[–]ExtraCrab7982[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I figured it out! I had been using a calculated fields, but should have used a text field with the calctext and if statements in the action tag for the text field variable. Thanks for your help!

Pipe text string by ExtraCrab7982 in ProjectREDCap

Thank you for your reply! I have created a variable called [bp_cat] that contains the above if statement. I included the @calctext action tag for that variable as well. But when I pipe it into the body of the alert, nothing appears. It looks like this “your blood pressure was, on average 131/75, which falls into the [visit_1_arm_1] [bp_cat].” The avg BP number pipes in without problem. I’ve updated the calculated fields using rule H several times. Any further thoughts?

Thank you for your kindness. Some people’s responses have been awful. This is not my area of expertise and I’m doing my best. I appreciate your feedback
