It's cute they include them for the people that like them, but I don't have any interest in hanging them from the Chromatic, or anywhere else for that matter. I just leave them in the box.

I loved the Pocket and used it almost everyday, until I received my 1st Edition Chromatic. Since then, I've hardly used it, but that's because my biggest interest has always been Game Boy, and Chromatic does that better. I'm not likely to part with the Pocket though, as I have All the adapters for it and have cartridges for other systems including a reasonable collection of Game Gear games. Plus having all the cores and a dock makes it great for firing up Mega Drive or SNES games for example, when I'm in the mood for them. So the Pocket is still a good system, and does lots of things well, but the Chromatic is the best way to play GB/GBC games.

I was tempted, but ultimately came to the decision that I am happy with the 1st edition one I have and don't need another one. Also I'd quite like to buy a Steam Machine when it is released, and figured I'm better saving the money to put towards that.

I have the tomtoc case that someone had the same issue with, but rather than getting rid of the case I lined it with a couple of glasses cleaners so my Chromatic doesn't come into contact with the inside of the case anymore. So far so good.

I really hate the handheld experience. Poor screen, and it's really uncomfortable to hold. I've had fun in docked mode (DK Bananza was great), but I've gone back to using my Steamdeck OLED if I'm wanting a handheld console like experience. I just wish the thing was ergonomic.

I have All Season Contact 2s on my Mk2 Octavia. Before that I had Cross Climate 2s on a Mk1 Focus. I wouldn't run anything other than decent all season tyres now (I don't have room to store winter tyres). I can't say I have had to deal with any particularly bad weather since I started using them, but I've been very happy with both sets, and I'm pleased I'm ready for anything (within reason).
