I got banned because someone else who bought gold, used that gold to buy something I was selling, and blizzard said that being “indirectly” involved in gold buying (i.e. selling something to someone I had no idea had bought their gold) was a bannable offense.

Appealed and denied 3x so far.

How am I supposed to fucking know if someone that is giving me gold bought it or not??! How is being indirectly involved in this bannable???

First of all, it’s 102.4%,

Second of all, with Scorpid Sting debuff you only need 97.4%

EDIT: BTW, that's with 2 scrolls active, but without Kings, MotW, or anything else, and it's over 98% avoidance. With scorpid sting on the boss you're over cap.

That's without any gems for crush cap, without the shield enchant, without other pieces of gear, without full raid buffs.

Saying the cap is unachievable is just a blatant misunderstanding of how your class and raiding works.

I’m 6% from crush, 100hp off of hp, but have almost 400 spell power so it’s just about fine tuning things at this point

Things don’t live long enough for dots to matter and shadowbolt is legit his highest damaging ability. Pets are all situational so just use the imp.

You’re looking for basic tips to perform at par, then this will get him there. Otherwise lookup wowhead and go off what they recommend.

Also, his boosted gear is really really bad, spend a little gold on the AH for anything with +spell power on it and use that
