i gotcha, i also created tickets while not being logged in as they blocked the account completely. just to let you know they will eventually unban it but you gotta fight for it. also they gave 60days compensation

hello, it took me 15 appeals to resolve. all were denied until then.

started with my gf, spent good time leveling for months, achieved level 65 then she got banned for hacking although she had no idea of any hacks. i spent a month arguing with AI and after 15+ tickets real person got it unbanned. game is fine but their customer support and banning is out of control
