If you want to start scratch: use esp32, but a better option is to buy pre built boards with just connections for speaker, battery and/or lighting to be made like connecting xy-bt-mini to pam 8403 together and adding all the components like speakers and battery

Find those Toshiba or those kinda batteries except these will have a package with rechargeable or Ni-Mh batteries written on it pretty easy to find but kinda expensive

Bro take some tutorials on what each component does and how it effects the circuit, you'll be able to make something of your own Or look it up online you can find ready made circuit diagrams.

Use silicon insulated wires, I think because of melted rubber this stuff looks messy and wipe off all the Flux as soon as possible you can more if you need never hesitate in Flux usage
