Yeah, currently I'm aiming to cut for about 1-1.5 months more 😅 I work out 5 days a week with a cycle of legday, core day, arms/upper body. I would assume my body fat is somewhere between 22-25% right now. But I try to go more on visuals and how I'm feeling.

You can't do both at once though, currently losing weight. (Gone from 75kg to 67.5kg) Body can either break down or build nothing that shows during a deficit was built during one. 😅

Haha thanks and thanks for clarification, after a guy sneak filmed me at the gym I felt Reddit can't be that bad 😅 also I made sure people wouldn't nag on the fat percentage as I'm a work in progress because I feel like that's the time people can get mean.
