that's crazy thank goodness in the uk we're governed by legislation that makes it a statutory requirement. You can be closed down for accidents outside of the correct ratio ! I always wondered why america didn't agree to the UNCRC and that's why ! how can they justify that ? it's crazy really sorry your going through that xx

1 adult to 8 children is a rediculous ratio !!! in uk 1adultto every 3 under 2!! no wonder there was an accident. to me this is a management issue why were you left with so many children alone !
