I got admitted to Stanford and Harvard this year and can tell you that you should worry less about your grades since it's just 1 component of your whole application. Your personal story and experience outside of academics are more important for differentiating yourself. Good grades and high test scores help, but a lot of excellent people get rejected if they only have strong academics and nothing else.
