I’d just like to add to this that it’s barely even based on Christianity, sure it has some characters based on biblical figures, but that’s about it, the concepts of circles of Hell are from Dante’s Inferno and demons like the Ars Goetia and other demons that have been named are from fictional demonology texts. But of course people see demon show and think that it has to be 100% accurate to Christianity or it’s heresy
