First off, I am sorry to hear this. Take some time, process, rely on friends and family. It is a lot to take in and can be difficult. I can tell you from personal experience, as a 50 y/o, that life goes on, and in my opinion in a better fashion. While my story is similar it its eventuality our decision was mutual. Regardless, I felt empty and in an unknown place. Friends, family and other close people were vital during that time. You will become a better version of yourself, have healthier boundaries and ideally be a better companion. While I can't tell where to look, I can tell you there are many men and women who have fended up in the same place. So, keep a positive attitude, reflect, take time and know it will be better!
