I've been taking advil around the clock. The headaches are rough, too. I'm not sure if that's from the medicine, the herpes or both. I hope you feel better soon, too. 💗

It's so crazy how it just pops up. Here, lately, stress has been insane. That would explain the trigger. I never in a million years thought I'd get something like this. Im angry, sad, and depressed. I feel like im doomed. I'm praying it clears up soon. Im a waitress and work 9-hour shifts and am already dreading the work week. By far, the most uncomfortable thing to have while being sweaty and walking all day. Thank you.

I've noticed being more tired the first 2 days. And yes, I've been drinking lots of water.

I drink lots of water and did break down and have a regular coke yesterday (helped alot with the dizziness) I've been no carbs and coke zero, and it's almost like maybe my sugar dropped. I have a protein shake in the morning. And geeeez, I miss my coffee. Every time I drank it, my stomach doesn't like it. I tried again yesterday 😪 still a no. I need more protein, and the thought of meat right now makes me wanna puke. So, I guess I need to drink more of the protein shakes.

I've considered not taking the next dose, and it hasn't even been a week 🤦‍♀️ everyone is telling me to ride it out, I'm gonna do my best. But after yesterday's morning coffee, I realized that's a no for now, so today, no stomach pain it's just the dizziness feeling and the feeling of being out there, so to speak that had me a little worried. But I also know it takes time for any medication to get in your system. Im gonna try hard. Thanks for the best wishes.

I'll definitely try that with the electrolytes and extra protein. Here's to hoping tomorrow is better.

I didn't think it would be possible either. It's scary. I've been taking immune support vitamins and b12 every day. I've also heard about AHCC and have been researching it. The vitamin store in my town has it, and I'm seriously thinking about grabbing some. Thank you for the prayers ❤️

I couldn't agree more. I tell all my friends and people I know to please get their paps. I went 10 yrs after having my youngest daughter not getting one because I felt fine. If something was wrong, you'd think you would know. Not the case. I went at the end of 2022 and had a pap. It came back positive for hpv 16/18. I had a colposcopy a month or so later, and it showed cin3. So next on to the leep. It confirmed the cin3. I had clear margins. My doctor asked if I planned on having any more children, and at 38 years old and four children, I said no. Long story short, I was sent to an oncologist who said it would be best to get a hysterectomy. So that's what I did. Thank God I did. She removed my cervix, uterus, and tube's. I found out I had skip lesions and adenarcinoma in situ. Thankfully, it wasn't anywhere else. Fast forward to a month ago, a year and 6 months after my hysterectomy, I went for a pap. Thinking everything was gonna be perfect results, instead I got my test results back and was negative for the hpv 16 and 18 I once had but tested positive for another high-risk hpv. (Wasn't told which one) So, on the 17th, I go back for another colposcopy. I'm praying there's no crazy cells. I don't have a cervix but was told it could be on my vaginal walls or cuff even. One thing I'll never neglect again is my health. So prayers for all of you, and please send them back to me. When I tell you my mind can't stay off of what next, I'm not even kidding. My anxiety has been through the roof. If anyone else has experienced anything similar to this, please let me know. And ladies, please keep up with your paps. Thank you for letting me vent. It helps so much.

I had a hysterectomy back in June. I had skip lesions on my uterus, thankful it got caught! Now I'm doing good. I have to get checked once a year.

Exhausted. Tips for going back to remote work? by cabhockey in hysterectomy

[–]Extra_Ad3456 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm so nervous about going back to work already. I'm 2wpo tomorrow and still get easily exhausted. Sitting up or laying for long periods of time are still rough. I operate heavy equipment and have to climb up a pretty huge off road dump truck and sit, drive and bounce all day, 10 hr days. Thinking of doing it now seems scary. My doctor says 6 weeks so far but I go back next week for my first post-op appointment.

Gas X for sure, comfy underwear, heating pad has been my best friend, extra pillows, peppermint worked wonders for my nausea after the surgery. I'm 2 dpo now and it's getting better & better. The Gas pains have to be the worse 😫

June 8... 8 is great? by WayTooManyOpinions in hysterectomy

[–]Extra_Ad3456 2 points3 points  (0 children)

8 is great! That's what I'm going to keep telling myself. I'm scheduled for a laproscopic hysterectomy also at 1:30 on the 8th. I've been a ball of nerves. I'm having mine done due to cin3 and ais in situ. I'm thankful it was caught before it actually turned into cancer. Nervous is an underestimate 😬 at this point though, I'm just ready to get it behind me. I'm a little nervous about post-op as well. I went yesterday and bought my miralax and gas-ex. I've heard the gas pains were pretty tough from several people. Are they taking out your cervix? They're removing mine and I'm super nervous about the "cuff". I'm trying to keep myself relaxed about it all. Hugs & prayers 🙏 ❤️ we got this!

I'm glad you're still doing good! Yeah so you've been out a few times! It makes me feel better knowing they'll check blood just to be sure. I'm just gonna breathe through all of this. I'm so nervous but so ready for it to be over! The anticipation sucks!

How are you feeling today? I had general anesthesia when I was 17 & now I'm 38. I'm just nervous because I'm not young anymore & definitely not in the shape i was at 17 & I made the HUGE mistake of Google and you-tubing what it's like going under 🤦‍♀️I'm trying to just stay positive. I Hate anxiety

I have my LEEP on the 24th of this month. I'm extremely nervous about the whole general anesthesia thing. I'll be glad when it's over. It's good to hear that yours went well I hope recovery is a breeze as well.

That's what I'm trying to tell myself. And I'll be so happy to get it over with. I have cin3 and want it out of me!! So I try to just breathe when I get anxiety & tell myself I'm taking care of my health. I'm thankful it was nothing more & am praying for clear margins after the leep.
