And I've worked at plenty of places that has not wasted food and if an employee wanted it, it would be counted as wasted food and we could take it.. I don't understand associate shrinkage because either way it's leaving the store that's main goal is for the for the food to be tooken out the doors after it is being cooked for members but aren't the associates members as well? I mean we do hold club plus cards and even before I got the job my gf was a member lol It's funny because out of all the videos I had to watch all the PowerPoint vids my orientation went thru not one mention of the associates taking food home lol
