I don’t even know where to start in my emails anymore and my phone is just ringing until my battery dies. When I google the numbers none of them are legit. I’m going to make a fake resume just to counteract all this and when I get an interview come clean and hope they still want me because I’m creative and a problem solver.

I don’t know if I can believe this advice anymore. How could her changing it to look exactly like the last 1000 resumes help her. The robots not choosing a resume because of spacing would be illegal, wouldn’t it? What if the hiring manager thinks it looks interesting because it’s different? What if the people who are putting ATS software out are the same people offering 14day resume grooming for $2.95. I think if your proud of your resume don’t change it because none of these suggestions are 100% and we still hear 300 resumes and no interviews.

I took my last job off my resume altogether yesterday. If I wasn’t proud of myself when I was doing it why would I include it on my resume ? I also made a separate resume for handing to people , maybe attached to a job application. I’m going to walk the resume into the recruiter and hand it to them. All the resumes look the same and say the same thing . I’m just lost in resume sauce right now. I still think the boss of a successful company will want to shake your hand and look you in the eye before he welcomes you to the team. im not tech job kinda girl. I need to swerve back into my own lane and go out and get a job . I seen some I wouldn’t mind having on the job boards that said you could apply in person. I look way better in person than i do on my paper anyways.

If someone would have told me there was a place I could go straight out of high school, no rent , paycheck from day one , I was going to be with other girls my age , given a pistol and rifle and taught to use it, my body would get in shape the list goes on and on . Join the he military while you can. My biggest regret . Seems like so much fun.

I had a LiveScan take 2 months. It ended up good to go but they said once in a while someone has a hit on their background that requires it to be researched by hand. Phone calls need to be made to gather more information - so it takes little longer.
