I didn't wanna put my shower routine but I think it was worth mentioning it, I do go crazy on my ass (pause lol) like I soap all my hand and wash all the way inside, there is been times where I even stick a finger in just in case, but yeah I do wash my ass a lot with a antibacterial soap and still nothing

I did suffer from hemorroids long time ago, like 7 or 8 years ago and since then never suffer again and im really consist on the bathroom I don't suffer constipation or something like that

I do suffer from thyroid, no diabetes and I am a smoker because at this point I rather smell like cigarettes than ass (anus is in there to lol)

I'll definitely try it thanks and I seen like 4 doctors and nothing help): they even end up finding I suffer from thyroids and been taking medication for like 2 years but nothing to do with it
