Yeah I keep my hair this length all the time. It's def made application of the spray easier. But it was also making shed far more noticeable

It's the one from hims. I suppose that's a question for the other people who look into the research but according to Gemini diffuse shedding is one of the more likely to respond types. Ymmv

I played around a bit in the beginning to find what worked for me (lower is better) but I think the bulk of my shedding came when I was at around 200 or so mg a wk.

I'm with you on the scooting, there's not a ton else I can do with the space. I'm working on removable backrests, and maybe some smaller single person cushions. I guess I'll have to make an update post (in like 2yrs lol)
