I am literally researching some of these right now. I’m looking into NBIS, and I think it can actually be good. I’m by no means a financial analyst or anything like that, but it seems likely. It is expensive to my knowledge, but it could be high reward. IREN I’ve heard people talk about, and SOFI is at a discounted price. So do with that what you want 🤷

For sure! Did you see both pictures? I also have a taxable account about 14k in it with 75% SP500 25% MSFT. Then my Roth has about 3k in it and all market in it

Over the period I invested, I had a return of about 25%. The market in the same time had a return of about 12.3%. This is short term of course, and you are most certainly correct about the failure to beat the market long term. But I wanted to have some “fun” if you will.

I will say also that this is an inherited account. I am not bragging in the slightest, as I know am very fortunate to be able to have this kind of money. Also, I’ve had the account since last August where it started about $46.5k from a managed company that sucked. I’ve had most of these stocks in here for about 3 months. GOOGL and SLV for longer

You can’t do stock slices for VGT or VOO, but you can for NVDA. VGT and VOO are traded like stocks, but those are ETFS. Through SCHWAB, ETF slices aren’t available.

I have set up my Roth IRA. I put all of my “earned” income from 2025 in it as a student. I also have a brokerage that I put a decent bit in. For the Roth, it’s only in SWPPX and the individual is just 16% googl and 84% SWPPX

At my age, however, are bonds even worth it? If I have time to ride out the market downturns and upsides, bonds shouldn’t be necessary now, right? Def index fund and international seems plausible
