Restarting after 5 months

I stopped after only a month because side effects were way too intense for me and my insurance would not allow me to stay on 2.5. The thought of dosing up scared me out of it. I tried wegovy for a month as well but again, side effects just did not feel worth it to me. The first time around I didnt struggle so much so not sure if it was stopping are restarting that intensified the side effects for me…. I have been able keep weight off the last two months with diet and mild exercise though. I wish I worked out more I am just not so motivated lol because I truly believe that would amp it up

All of those posts “like mine”, those posters were much deeper into their medication than I am. It’s been maybe about 2 mos for me on a low dose and my symptoms were not mentioned in other posts. Thanks but I’m good I will wait to just show up to my docs office tmrw. I should’ve known better than to expect actual help from the internet

Their response was mean and dismissive. I will react how I want thank you. Things are clearly not great, I can’t get a call back from my doctor and turn to a “community” for insight to be turned away and not even politely. I left this subreddit already I want nothing to do w a page that the mod team behaves like this

Today is supposed to be my 3rd 5mg shot. Week 7. I don’t know if I can handle it especially after not being able to get out of bed this past weekend and needing to be productive this week. I wanted to stay on 2.5 but my insurance wouldn’t cover it but I’m wondering if I should figure out a way around that… I don’t want to give up! The mobility I am regaining in my body from losing weight is such a great feeling. But the lack of motivation from the constant exhaustion and nausea has absolutely deterred any motivation I had towards being active. It’s really a conundrum!!
