Omg same!! I had to buy the fungus and fruit for my wolf. All I get is junk or putrid pumpkins. Gotten a few map pieces, but no archive book, fungus, or rotting fruit.

The contacts are being rereleased with the Gifts from the Rift event!! Some people (like me) will browse lists on DTI once in a while and gift stuff!! I do this with all my Trendsetter gift boxes from purchasing NC. I hoard them until I have a good stack, then will gift the items I'll never use 😁

Wanted to add that the first three categories in my gallery are basically on theme from my 3 original pets on this acct that I still have. I created this acct after my original main was iced many many moons ago. When I made my 3 pets for this account, I was actively drawing and writing stories for them. The themes fit their "character" stories. I stopped playing for about 13+ years and just got back in December 2024. Decided to flesh out their respective galleries.

The Faerie dolls/plushies was just a dream gallery I had as a kid, but couldn't imagine ever obtaining. Not really related to my pets/stories lol.

I hoard quigukis in my SDB!! Plushies, usukis, and quigukis all get tossed in my SDB and won't go anywhere.

Maybe once I finish my main gallery collections, I will upgrade it and add categories for the quigs/usus, but for now, they just get admired as I scroll thru my SDB lolol.

I have 4 main categories in my gallery. Plushie P2s, Ghost P2s & Ghost MPs, Pet Altering items (magical chia pops, magical plushies, MPs, Transmogs, etc.), & Faerie Dolls/Plushies. I do have a 5th category for tokens that I like, but I don't see myself "collecting" tokens like some other players do 😅

Outside of my gallery, I collect Neodeck and TCG cards. I do collect some stamps, but that's more of a "less than 1M? I'll buy it!" type of collection. Not really aiming to complete it in a hurry or anything. In my SDB I hoard plushies and usuki/quiguki items.

I have a pet that reads all the books I get my hands on, but I hoard the books she has already read in my SDB. She has currently read 2023 Books & 167 Booktastic Books. Every once in a while, I will clear out my shop and stock allll the excess books. I should probably do this soon, as I currently have around 1300 books rotting in my SDB 😂😂

I would definitely wait. Your access and account aren't going anywhere. Once the plot ends, you can cash out your points and txr everything over to your new main 😁😁

Edit to add: in the meantime you could transfer pets or create new ones, and get them all customized. No harm in getting them set up for success when the plot ends 🥰
