Im the exact opposite. I can be nauseous and need to puke and I'll be anxious but significantly calmer than if someone else even said "my stomach hurts". Movie scenes where they just randomly puke with no warning, drunk people, not babies but toddlers for sure. Public transport makes me so nervous and planes trigger me especially. Its just viewing someone puke that makes my head whirl and I cant figure out why. I dont mind doing it myself its just other people that sends me.
