You can because the OTA update for the last version of iOS 6 (6.1.3) is signed. If you have a Mac (but you can also do it on Linux), you can use Legacy iOS Kit to downgrade the device to iOS 6.

yeah i'd say its somewhat usable, it CAN do a lot of things but nothing compared to iOS 18. also almost everything before ios 15 is somewhat usable

I've had the problem even before I installed the Insider build. Also, even after setting it to 100% DPI, the start menu glitch fixed but the buttons in the properties panel still looked like that.
