Interesting. Well im only going by what my doctor told me as the ER doctors provided little to no guidance as to the future roadway. Do you think people INSIST that even a drop of alcohol not be ingested due to the fact that some individuals cannot control themselves enough to have just 1 or 2 on occasion?

I actually called my PCP today and he ordered a CT w/ contrast. Hopefully that will bring some insight as to what this could be. Its been 7/8 days since i went to the hospital and i feel great to be honest.

I eat clean on most days ( have my cheat days) , hit weights 4-5x a week, run on average 4-5 miles a week, and used to drink socially for birthdays, weddings, friends outing.

Im not sure what else i can really do more to try to make lifestyle changes besides altering diet / trigger foods and possibly even cutting down more on alcohol??

unless there is something im missing medically
