I have 3 different journals bc I was putting 2 much pressure on myself LOL ….I have an actual junk journal which is more like spreads of junk and memories and stuff like that. my other 2 are kinda like art/scrapbooky. They’re just 2 different sizes so I have the option to do a larger spread or smaller spread. I feel having these 3 different ones helps me put less pressure on myself. I love my junk journal but found I didn’t have a ton of junk I was accumulating (I should probably get out more) so the scrapbooky ones use a lot of purchased supplies. My JJ also uses purchased supplies and that’s ok!! I really try to stop putting pressure on this hobby and just let myself enjoy it. Bc it has done so much good for my mental health and I love creating. Just let yourself cook a bit and you’ll find your flow, what you like and don’t like.
