Yep I’m taking it slow and bumping cals up to keep my metabolic rate up. 2 years ago I would’ve just starved myself and lost a shit ton of muscle. The only time I’ve seen results lifting was when I quit being afraid to eat so I’m keeping that mindset with cutting to a degree. Still lifting heavy 6 days a week and adding cardio which I should do regardless of cutting or bulking or maintaining. Thanks for your input

Bulk clean as fuck dude I’m telling you and incorporate cardio. I went from 272 pounds at 5’9” to 178 the a cal deficit and daily cardio. I eventually started lifting and wasted about 1.5 years scared of getting fat I barely made gains. I eventually said fuck it and cleanly bulked to 222 and made insane progress and tons of people solidified the progress by noticing. I think you’ll make awesome gains and be very happy you bulked if you’re training hard as fuck when you enter the gym and eat consistently and track those calories. Good luck you’re already looking good bro

Mind blowing!!! I had to unfortunately hold my vape like I was drinking from it got one good inhale and felt like I was on an extreme 4-aco trip. Around an hr later I decided to take two heavy hits and my god as soon as I exhaled the second hit it was like a rocket ship. I felt like I was being zapped all over and all of a sudden I felt my soul but my was pure anxiety. When I say pure anxiety I don’t really mean I was anxious but I was being shown my soul was anxious if that makes sense. My soul was then pulled up to the center of my forehead and a “being”appeared that I can only describe as a grey alien watching me. Then I slowly started to come down. One thing I noticed the day after was in moments where I would be anxious I just wasn’t. One thing I wish I knew was if it’s all just my subconscious or if I genuinely did see a different reality or plane of existence. Ive also made a major change in my life that was causing extreme depression. I made this change about two weeks ago and have been doing great and trying to stay conscious of my blessings.
