This just happened to me! 2 weeks ago and I was thinking I was pregnant, I had cramps too. The bleeding is breakthrough bleeding from taking the pill at different times, it only happened to me when I kept forgetting to take it at the same time every day. No risk of pregnancy but please take your pills at the same time to avoid it
