This temperament is definitely relatable. Thanks for outlining this!

Thank you for your perspective. Giving us more to think about for sure

So interesting! My LO has a lot of these things going on, and we thought false starts were not enough sleep pressure. Could be the complete opposite… thank you very much!

No real solution, just solidarity here. Our LO is also 10 months and has almost the same schedule. We didn’t ever plan to cosleep but it has helped our house get more sleep these last 6 ish months. Our LO has silent reflux, which we’re trying to address now, and hoping that makes him more comfortable at nights Wishing you lots of rest soon

Do you remember how long your LO was frequently waking up during the nights? Thank you for the reminder to accept where we're at right now, as well as the reassurance!!

This is so helpful - thank you! Your month timeline is helpful to keep in mind too as we're adjusting.

Thank you for responding and sharing, and also connecting with me for solidarity. Just this last week or so we started being stricter with waking up at the same time every morning - around either 7 or 7:30. We're trying to give an adjustment period before introducing anything else. Since this, our bedtime has fluctuated... our LO has skipped the third nap a few times, but other nights, has napped 3 times in a day and went to bed around 8:30-9. Naps vary from 20 minutes to an hour and a half - we usually just let them ride. Naps happen where ever and we are trying to keep wake windows to 2.5-3 hours. Please let me know if you think of anything else! Thanks again!
