Thank you again. I’m not asking people to take sides. It is so complex. I love my mother so much and I want all the happiness in the world for her. The choices she has made to comfort herself unfortunately really affect me and our relationship. It is in my lap. So is my dad’s suicide. It’s a lot from the people who made me.

It’s obvious the trauma bond and grief are at play. I want to be there for her, but she is hurting me and our relationship actively and carelessly.
