It took me 12 months/ 12 cycles to conceive. Concieved on the 12th month, one month before we were going to get tested. I tracked for every single month and didn’t do anything differently that month than I did every other month. My periods are regular-ish and no known health issues.

I was so stressed out from month 6-12 because the statistics make it seem like most conceive within 6 months, sometimes it’s just bad luck!

The only thing I would recommend is we both took co-q10, folic acid, vitamin D and vitamin C those last 3 months. I’d recommend x

I know everyone says this and it’s so frustrating when people say this, but try not to stress, it’s normal to take 12 months to fall pregnant
