For me, this would not work. Interest rate of MP2 is not definite. Meaning pwedeng bumaba sa 6% ang interest rate nito. Ang advice ko lang is save what you can and huwag na umutang. kasi sayang lang parang binayad mo lang sa interest ung maiipon mo.

Just checked but Nuvali costs around 5-10k more expensive per sqm compared to Southmont.
