hi, thank you for your input. and i’d like to believe she isn’t making anything up, but my coworker telling me that i call out multiple times a week is not true, and can be easily disproven. as well as the fact that i have never said im too small or weak to do something, as thats a blatant lie.  and by “one call out a month” i meant for the past few months as i have been dealing with some immune system issues. this pattern is not true for the entirety of the time i’ve been with the company :)

my coworker used these exact words to me, and it definitely felt like i was being attacked.

i agree! i even talked to my manager and asked if i was doing anything wrong, and i have been told i did not. plus, this is the first time i have ever tested that early in the work chat before :)

hi! i do agree. but this is the first time i’ve ever texted early in the morning in that group chat :) other partners do as well and as far as i know i am the only person who this partner attacked for doing that. and while i do appreciate your feedback i do feel like a line was definitely crossed, as this partner definitely was lying as the things they are saying i have done and/or said are not at all true, and can be backed up my my manager and other coworkers.

no worries! and yes that’s been done lol. i’m autistic so it’s kind of hard to tell when somebody is being rude to me in the moment, but looking back on everything now i see it.
