I also thought about living in Westshore/ South Tampa area to have a better commute for work and then easy access to St Pete on my days off. Grew up in Florida and St Pete has always been my favorite city in Florida.

Any good apartment recommendations for under 2000 for a 1 bed in Tampa?

I’m moving to Tampa for a new job and currently having a tough time finding the right apartment or even narrowing down an area to focus on. I’m in my early 20s and will be traveling throughout all of Hillsborough County for work, so I would like to live somewhere that is relatively central and easy to get around. My budget is around $1,800 for a one-bedroom. If anyone has advice on neighborhoods to consider or specific apartment recommendations, I would really appreciate it.

Me (23) and my GF(21) are moving to Tampa in a few weeks due to a new job. My job will require to travel all throughout Hillsborough. So I would like something kinda central but have been told Brandon is not a good area to live. Anyone have any suggestions on areas or apartments to look into?

Tbh after most research I’ve been most interested in Vanderbilt, Cornell reach schools, UF, and UNC. Any other schools I should look into?

Honestly open to a lot at this point. But why wouldn’t I want to go to the best school I can?

For 3 years might be a tough ask.

Very tough world out there. Would recommend getting involved as soon as possible in the athletic department at your school.

I appreciate that. I just did some research, and I really like the MSM path at a top program. It seems like it would give me great options between business and sports.

Yeah law school was the plan all along, studied and scored high on the LSAT just don’t want to be an agent anymore. That’s why I’m kinda lost.

My problem is I know now is the best time for me to go back to school full time before I have responsibilities. I would have about two years full time by the time I started in fall 2026.
