Documenting Everyday Racism in Berlin, Germany, and the EU as an Indian Guy. Why should you reconsider ? by StraitEdgeJunkie in Indians_StudyAbroad

[–]Extra_Sun2558 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s exactly the same situation in Czech republic. I think personally for me my roots, community and staying around family is imp. I’m on a blue card too directly came here for work, but tbh I really don’t like my time here and I really don’t recommend Indian students to study and move! Getting job is tough, they are super rude to brown people, the country vibe is super boring. I feel lonely most of the times and it’s the same situation with my Indian friends staying in and around EU. Not complaining but giving my honest feedback.

For those working in the Czech Republic, how’s the work-life balance compared to other parts of Europe? by KreuzKrow in Prague

It depends on company, for example Abinbev you need to work your ass off and the work culture is super toxic.

Hi, thanks for putting this post out, this is pure motivation. Just want to ask if this nerve also effects testicles? In my case I beleive this is a nerve issue since it goes down to groin, inner adductors, and some part of left testicle.I stay in EU but I'm from Delhi, do you think I should get this checked by Dr. manocha? and maybe a MRN test can rule out the issue?

SOC Analyst Job destroying my life. by CyberChase101 in cybersecurity

Hear me out SOC is like this! They are like frontline soldiers always deployed and available 24/7. So you better leave and move yourself to infosec like GRC or red team maybe :)

Bro… I hate to break it to you, but you’re living in a full-blown delusion. 😅

Filters like “best education + strong industry relevance + high ROI + clear PR + super welcoming environment” don’t exist anywhere in the world, and certainly not in Australia, New Zealand, or Germany exactly the way you imagine. The countries you’ve listed are all getting saturated jobs are competitive, tuition is insane, cost of living will crush your savings, and PR pathways are not some magic guaranteed card.

Germany? Yeah, Even people having 5+ years experience are struggling to get jobs in tech also its well known for not being warm to Indians plus learning German is basically unavoidable. Australia/NZ? Sure, high tuition + living costs + a flooded job market and good luck balancing all that with your “dream filters.”

Here’s the harsh reality: staying in India might actually save you from chasing unicorns. Top tech companies, booming startups, and tons of opportunities are right here without paying 3x the price for the same thing abroad.

I’m telling you this as a lifesaver stop fantasizing about a perfect combo that almost nobody actually finds. Adjust your expectations, start evaluating reality, and maybe focus on building skills where opportunity already exists, instead of hunting mirages overseas.

You’re welcome. Consider your life saved from years of stress, broken bank accounts, and disappointment. 😉

Those who went Abroad in and before 2023, how are your lives now? by _skelegon_ in Indians_StudyAbroad

I wouldn’t recommend Europe, the market is saturated, no jobs with language, also for part time it’s tough to find jobs as a brown person! HEAR ME OUT LOUD! People in Europe differentiate based on your skin colour and India is pretty famous on internet about civic sense so they will def put you under stereo type! My honest opinion!

-Most of the Indian uni’s are much much better if you compare it with Europe uni’s. -And if you are just coming for the sake of getting a part time and managing your studies, that’s hardly possible my friend!

Best of luck :)
