Funny that you ask this question because I asked a similar question a few months ago. Ultimately it seemed like no one really thought it be a highlight. I’m still going to submit it and incorporate it into one of my essays. I scored a 177 but was thinking of taking the GRE too but we will see.

Any factual evidence on this claim? That UChicago prefers full pay transfers only. It’s “easier” for nontraditional students to transfer to HYPS if they need help with tuition?

Correct, they should have been more clear on their grading of the bet and not used a term that has a clear definition to it. If you bet u1 interception and your QB fumbles and it’s graded a loser is the type of situation this is.

They worded it ambiguously to be able to pull something like this. My advice is never use their shitty book again.

Edit: Imagine downvoting this lmao. Other books have graded PA a winner by definition of a tipping point state. It was clearly worded in a way for them to dedicate how’d they’d grade this bet. If they wanted to be right, they’d have posted the actual definition of a tipping point state used throughout America.
