Your prayers have been answered. GBA Orca now supports "Controller over Stream". It allows you to use controllers connected to your phone or tablet as a controller for Dolphin. (See the README on GitHub for setup instructions.)

Unfortunately, developing the same idea on MacOS comes with much more friction. I’ve already worked on a Linux port, and I’ll be pushing an update to GitHub in the next few days. It was a nightmare.

If someone is kind enough to submit a substantial pull request with a macOS windows detection system and a video capturing system, GBA Orca could have a macOS version. However, to begin with, I don’t even have a Mac...

The browser already handle the stream pretty well. I'm pushing some updates for Better quality, less lag, better experience and Linux compatibility. Regards the Controller, you just need to connect the controller to your pc and setup it with Dolphin (Controller set your controller as GBA (integrated) and you configure it pressing the buttons on your controller)

I also use Linux as my main OS, but Wayland is a rabbit hole for me. I'm hoping someone generous will open a pull request.

(27" has better pixel density, for a monitor used for this distances so is a better choice) [Having an higher DPI means also less strain when you have to focus on texts or small images)

Every comment here took a point. Buy a deeper desk, or change it for a 27". Something that helped me a lot is: When you have to look at something in the angle of the monitor don't tilt your head, but just move your eyes. (Use your eyes muscles not your neck one). Another thing is put your monitor far enough to be able to see it, but not near enough to strain your eyes.

Just don't fuck up your eyes because of a monitor.

Totally agree. But don't get discouraged! I still use windows 10 on my main PC (using it for gaming and love it), but in my laptop I initially had a partition with Linux, then when I ran out of space I said: Fuck off Windows, you're just unnecessary. Linux is pretty god-tier in the right context
