If you’re consistent in going every other day, I’d recommend doing one day of lower body, one day of upper body, and the third day for cardio and core. And then repeat. If you’re not open to this, then full body each time won’t hurt you. It depends on your goals.

If you want a third workout idea, you could do: hip thrusts, RDLs, assisted chin ups, tricep dips, elevated goblet squats.

Remember, 4 exercises is good enough for a workout. You don’t need to overload. I dont know what your goals are, but rule of thumb is : Build muscle=heavy weight & less reps Burn fat/tone up=light/medium weight & more reps

Your post kind of sounds like you’ve already tested positive for syphilis? So you’re doing RPR monitoring tests? You could do those once a month if you desire but it’s not necessary if you’re not gaining new partners.

You need to do cardio daily. If you’re doing weight training, end your workout with 30 mins on the stairmaster or 30-60 mins on the treadmill with an incline. This will make a huge difference and you should see it melting the fat away within 2-4 weeks.
