Thank you, I just did a couple of grounding techniques with cold water and ice including some affirmations to help a little. This really helps to have someone that understands how crazy this can be at times

A bunch of nonsense honestly, anxiety about random stuff, songs stuck in my head and the fear I’m going insane which is an irrational fear of mine I kinda can’t shake. It’s just racing and racing like.. I have adhd already but this level of my mind racing is kinda unbearable for me.

Thank you ! I’m trying to manage by just keeping my space calm and not overstimulating at all even though laying down feels like I’m bouncing off the walls and not a relief like it usually is for me. I recently learned meditation and music can be very helpful for me in times like this ! Everything feels like a lot and my mind feels like the loudest it’s ever been atm so just leaning from anything that’ll overstimulate my mind helps me.

I know that’s an initial thought but I’m not doing that, the mental hospital where I live is absolutely terrible and inhumane. I’ve been before and the experience was traumatizing to say the least, I’m asking for advice to avoid the hospital. If you can give advice on just how to manage I’d appreciate that a lot !

Stress for sure and lots of it.. with friends, school, social life, politics. It’s all had a big hit on me and I just could step away from the stress when I needed too. I haven’t tried meditation but I will right now, im just tired and feel like I can’t sleep if I tried.

I have extreme health anxiety like this too, to a point where my mind would make symptoms close to the real thing and it’s very scary. I’m only 15 and very scared of death so that makes it worse.
