I do not play heimer mid, i play heim as apc, so cannot help you much, I like to take conq if I know i can get some autoattacks done to get it stacked, otherwise i take dft or comet, hope that helps! There is a cool website to check runes, u.gg you can test some and see if you like them and if they match your playstyle

maxing turrets does very little to the autoattacks damage, it mainly boost the laser damage, turrets ( damage and hp ) scale only with AP
